At Curves, we want you to love every piece you choose. You’re welcome to open your package and try your item on while the courier is still there to make sure the fit feels right.

Refunds & Exchanges:

• Please note that exchanges are available subject to our guidelines.
• Refunds are issued via Instapay transfer once we receive and inspect the returned item.
• All refund and exchange requests are made exclusively through our website.

Guidelines:

• Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging—unworn and unwashed, with all tags attached.
• Eligible returns and exchanges must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Please note that an additional shipping fee applies to refund and exchange orders
